Apply via the Apply now button. Your application for the event will be screened and if your company/organisation fits the target groups, your profile will be activated (read more under "Admission Criteria").

After the activation, you will receive regular updates with regards to the next to-dos. We will guide you through, step by step.

Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. 

Your cooperation profile is your business card. Create a high-quality and meaningful profile.

Some more tips:

• Your company profile should be in English, clear and relevant to the event

• Please include contact details of the person attending the event

• Explain the technology/ product/partnership/investment you are offering/looking for

• Specify the type of partner you are looking for

• Write a cooperation profile for each offer/request

• Add the Matchmaking Block session(s) to your agenda

• Choose the time slots you are available for 1:1 meetings during the session at the event

• Make sure that you do not book meetings outside Connect Day in these time slots

You will receive an e-mail reminding you that you can start booking meetings from April 22, 2025.

Booking meetings

• Browse the list of participants or the opportunities for interesting & promising business cooperations

• Use the optional filters to easily find the ones aligned with your goals

• Send meeting requests to those you want to meet face-to-face at Connect Day

• Accept or decline the meeting requests you have received

• The accepting person choses the final meeting time

Remember! Be active, not reactive. By adding a meaningful remark in your meeting request, chances that your meeting request will be accepted are significantly higher.

Download the b2match app (iOS/Android*) in order to be able to:

• Login using the same email you applied for the event

• Get access to your meeting schedule via your mobile phone -> enable push notifications

• Be informed about last-minute changes (bookings, cancellations)

• Manage additional meetings on-site (send/receive/confirm requests

The 1:1 meetings will be held in "Julius Raab Saal" on the Ground Floor during the dedicated Matchmaking Block Sessions.

• Check the latest version of your meeting schedule through the b2match platform or app.

• Join the 1:1 Matchmaking sessions and make sure that you are at the correct table.

• Respect the other participants' time - attend your meetings in time or cancel in advance to free up the meeting time slot for others

• Press the START BUTTON in your profile to begin your scheduled meeting.

• If you can’t attend a meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, please cancel or reschedule your meetings through the platform. This way, the other participant will be notified.

Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings.
