Registration starts at 8.00 am. Since we have >1.000 registrations, we recommend that you arrive with enough headstart at the location, to catch your sessions/meetings in time and have a better experience.

To enter the venue, you will need to show your QR Code
-> Once the QR code is validated, you get your badge.

Attention: you need your badge to re-enter the event (in case you leave for some fresh air)

By Public transport: Underground U1 stop: "Taubstummgasse" or bus 13A stops: Johann Strauss Gasse OR Rainergasse (depending from what direction you are coming)

By Car: Parking spaces are very limited in the surrounding streets. They fall under the short-term parking zone regulation and are subject to charges. There is a parking garage in the building, charges must be covered by yourself.

• Have your QR Code on your phone -> easy check-in & entrance

• Login using the same email you applied for the event

• Get access to your meeting schedule -> enable push notifications

• Be informed about last-minute changes (bookings, cancellations)

• Manage additional meetings on-site (send/receive/confirm requests).

1. Arrive ahead of time at the matchmaking area to be punctual, there are no breaks between the 15 minute meetings

2. Wait 5 minutes for your meeting partner to arrive (they might be on the way already)

3. Message your meeting partner if you can't make it & reschedule your meeting

4. Finish on time and leave your table (feel free to continue your talk in the open networking area)
